Shipping from United States
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment using First Class Mail or Priority Mail, UPS or Fedex based on the size, weight and distance. Hat orders less than $50 are sent First Class Mail and will take 2-5 days for delivery.
Custom hat orders take about 2 weeks. Please contact us if you need your items sooner.
In the check out comments, please let us know if your order is a gift and being sent to a different address than your billing address; otherwise Etsy and Paypal addresses must match. We are NOT responsible if the package is sent to the incorrect address. Please make sure you give us the right address.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
****Attention International Customers**** Due to a recent excessive VAT and Duty charge a customer received, I am temporarily suspending international sales. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Attention International Customers: USPS is no longer sharing tracking data on International First Class mail shipments. International First Class Mail usually take 10 days, but if a package gets held up in customs, shipments can take 3 weeks or more :( If you need a tracking update send me a message and I will call the post office or track it on a third party website. If shipment tracking is important to you, I can arrange to send your purchase by a different courier or USPS International Express which costs about $42.
Hats are not sent with insurance unless order totals over $50. All items are sent with tracking information.

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

We welcome custom orders of all sizes, and will send you photo updates with the progress of your order. Minor changes may be made before shipment free of charge. Multiple or major changes of style, color or size are subject to an additional fee.
